This thick and comfortable gambeson (padded jacket) is mid-thigh long and suitable for re-enactment. It has removeable sleeves laced to the jacket which ventilates the armpits. A gambeson (also called aketon, gambison, arming doublet) is a padded garment which was worn underplate armour or chain maille.

- padding: 100% Polyester (this will keep you dryer than cotton padding)
