Art. 3. Validation of orders and electronic signature:

Any order form signed by the consumer by "double click" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which can only be called into question within the limits provided for in these general conditions of sale in the same way as the "right of withdrawal" and " out of stock". The order will only be processed upon receipt of payment and deadlines will run accordingly.

Most of our parts are available in stock and therefore are shipped between 1 and 3 working days minimum upon confirmation of the order.

If the part(s) ordered are not available in stock, in the case of import and within the limits of available stocks from our suppliers, delivery between 10 and 15 working days minimum upon confirmation of the customer order.

When the shipment is made by us, we act at the request and on behalf of the recipient customer. The choice of means of transport is up to us.
The transfer of risks on the Items takes place upon delivery of the Items by Epees-Viking.com to the carrier. Thus, the Items travel at the Customer’s own risk.

Reservations upon Receipt of Items:

The Customer can only express reservations upon delivery of the Items in the event of delivery not conforming quantitatively to the order, or in the event that the package containing the Items is seriously damaged.
